Dasho Nim Tshering is a Member of The PEMA Board. He is currently the Deputy Chamberlain of the Office of Gyalpoi Zimpon, His Majesty’s Secretariat appointed by His Majesty and primarily heads the Queen’s Project Office. He has worked in various capacities at the Cabinet Secretariat and carries a wide range of experiences in both pre- and post-democratic governance. He holds a Master of Business (Public Relations) from Queensland University of Technology and is a recipient of the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence. He did his Post Graduate Certificate in Development Management from Royal Institute of Management and B.A. (Hons) in Geography from Sherubtse College, affiliated to Delhi University, India.
