Mr. Tshering Gyaltshen Penjor, a distinguished member of The PEMA Board. He is currently contributing his expertise as the Secretary of the National Land Commission. In addition to his role in land management, Mr. Penjor serves as the Head of the Social Cluster. His illustrious career has seen him in pivotal diplomatic positions, including the Ambassador of Brussels, Belgium, and before that, as the Ambassador of Kuwait.
