Treatment and rehabilitation services provide inpatient and outpatient care for people with mental health conditions and substance use disorders (SUD).
Support includes clinical management, counselling, peer support, relapse prevention, and continuing care. Services are delivered through health facilities,
prisons, and community settings nationwide, with specialised care anchored by the PEMA Centre and national rehabilitation services.
